Biography
Kenneth M. Warren Jr., Esq. completed his undergraduate at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey where he graduated with High Honors and received a Baccalaureate of Arts degree in History and Philosophy. During his time at Seton Hall, Mr. Warren was a member of the National Honor Society, member of Phi Alpha Theta, member of Phi Alpha Delta, and awarded the Annual George L.A. Reilly Award for Historical Research.
Mr. Warren began his legal career upon entering Rutgers Camden School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Upon entry of law school, he was awarded the Vincent S. Haneman and Joseph B. Perskie Scholarship Award by the Atlantic County Bar Association and the Honorable Nathan C. Staller Law Scholarship Foundation Award by the Cape May County Bar Association.
During his years of legal study, he interned for a New Jersey Superior Court Judge in the Atlantic County Superior Court, Family Division, a New Jersey Superior Court Judge in the Atlantic County Superior Court, Criminal Division, a Federal Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the Federal Prisoner Re-entry Program. He also was selected to represent juvenile clients in the Rutgers Children’s Justice Clinic in Camden and Burlington Counties. He completed New Jersey Court Mediation training and New Jersey Domestic Violence Victims training where he volunteered his time helping the local community during hard times.
After graduating from Rutgers Camden School of Law, Mr. Warren was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and accepted a position as an attorney at Leonard Law Group, where the focus of his practice includes family law, immigration, civil matters and representing government entities.
Mr. Warren is currently a Partner in the merged firm of Leonard, Warren & Leonard LLC where he runs the immigration, family and government practices in the firm. He actively represents private clients and government entities.
He has represented clients from over 68 countries around the world in complex Federal matters. He is also a trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Mr. Warren represents, or has represented, many municipalities and counties, including but not limited to the Township of Hamilton, the City of Estell Manor, the City of Atlantic City, the City of Pleasantville, and Atlantic County, in the capacities of Solicitor, Conflict Solicitor, Redevelopment Counsel, Legislative Counsel and Litigation Counsel.
Mr. Warren also serves as Solicitor to the Atlantic County Republican Committee and advises as to political matter throughout the County and State of New Jersey.
